There are two separate Surgery Wards in ASMCH for male and female patients. The Male Surgery ward is located on the 7th floor of the hospital building, equipped with 11 beds and 08 nurses. The service is provided by curtained beds and attached bathrooms. The female surgery ward is located on the 7th floor named Prof.Afiqur Rahaman ward building which contains 11 beds. The male surgery ward contains 09 beds. The care of the patients is overseen by a team of surgeons, referral OPD doctors, and nurses.
