The hematology lab uses two of the same systems for analyzing its samples, which is Sysmex 1000 made in Japan. All standard tests such as CBC, Hemoglobin, platelet, ESR, PBF, parasite, etc. are performed here. There is usually one medical technologist always present at the lab and it is open 24 hours of the day and supervised by Dr.Lovely Adhikary, Assistant Prof. of the Department of Pathology.
