The department of Orthopedic Surgery of Ad-din Sakina Medical College Hospital is headed by renowned Orthopedic Surgeon Prof. Dr. Nazrul Islam MBBS, ( D-Ortho) and other dedicated faculties are Asst. Prof. Dr. Md. Ashiqur Rahman MBBS, MS(Ortho), Asst. Prof. Dr. Rakes Biswas MBBS, (D-Ortho), Asst. Prof. Dr. Khairul Islam MBBS, (D-Ortho).
The purpose of the department is to provide the best possible services at a very low cost. Round the clock, we are giving outdoor & indoor consultations. We have a modern C-Arm facility, the necessary equipment & sufficient manpower to manage difficult cases. All sorts of traumatic orthopedic operations, deformity corrections, joint replacement, and spine surgeries are being regularly performed here in a very neat & clean environment. We are also working to develop newer modalities of treatment in the field of orthopedics like PRP therapy for the management of osteoarthritis & other interventional pain management.
